Founded in 2022, Intention Financial Group was born from a time of deep reflection following the unexpected loss of Joe Jacobs’ father to lung cancer. In that moment of loss came a renewed sense of purpose—the desire to create a company that not only provides expert mortgage guidance but also serves others with intention, integrity, and care.
Though our company is young, our team of experienced loan officers brings decades of combined expertise in the mortgage industry. More than just professionals, we are passionate about helping others, using our knowledge to make homeownership a seamless, empowering experience for every client we serve.
Inspired by the teachings of Wayne Dyer, a favorite author of Joe’s late father, our approach is guided by the principles of kindness, creativity, receptivity, abundance, and expansiveness.
